Shipping and Returns



Currently, we accept debit and credit card payments through Paypal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. Payments are collected as soon as you place the order. All transactions are handled securely and cannot be obtained by any other party. There is more information about using PayPal or setting up an account on the check out page or you can find out more from their website here.


The delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the order and your location, which you will be able to view on the check out page. We do not try to make profit from the postage and packaging, and we aim to find the most cost-effective options for our customers. A combination of Royal Mail and several courier services are used to ensure that your orders are delivered as efficiently as possible.

Delivery address & redelivery

Please ensure that you enter your correct and full invoice and delivery address, as well as a correct delivery option. If we are in doubt, we will contact you and this may delay the delivery of your goods.

If your package is returned to us by Royal Mail or other courier companies because there is no one to receive or collect the package or an incorrect address is provided, then you will be subject to a second delivery charge.

Faulty or damaged items:

If the items are incorrectly sent, faulty, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for replacements. All items must be returned to us before we send you the new replacements. We will only replace with the same items in your original order and will refund you delivery charge for returning the items.


Cancel an order: We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your order but if you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible quoting your order reference number. You are entitled to a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of up to seven (7) working days after the receipt of the goods.

Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

1. The item must be in resaleable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
2. The item must be unopened.
3. The item must be in the original packaging.
4. The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Returns can take up to 7 working days to receive and process. However, we will do our best to minimise any delay.

Please Note: We do not issue refunds if the product has been opened.
